Big Announcement! Viva Mexico y Brazil! Joining to celebrate Independence Day Celebrations together!

#musicmonday! Big Announcement! Afro:Baile has done it again! Just a few short weeks ago we started posting some small hints of some big news we were gonna share! Well, that big news has arrived! We're excited to announce, for the First Time Ever (in 9 years!) we have invited our good friends from Mexico, the mighty La Sucursal de La Cumbia to join us this year at the 9th Annual Brazilian Day Arizona Festival! The hard-hitting Cumbia, Alt-Latino band brings the heavy latin sound of Cumbia, rock, funk and grooves for electrifying performances! 

Brazilian Day as you may know, is a celebration of Brazilian Independence Day (Sept. 7th), and our neighbors to the south, Mexico, also celebrates Mexican Independence Day (September 16th). Because Brazilian Festival takes place on September 22nd, we thought it would be a fun to celebrate both cultures and bridge communities for an even more fun experience!
