Legendary Latin Jazz King Eddie Palmieri is coming! Afro Baile set to open the event with DJ Miguel and Live Salsa performances

One of the finest pianists of the past 60 years, Eddie Palmieri has earned multiple Grammy Awards as a bandleader, arranger and composer of salsa and Latin jazz. His playing skillfully fuses the rhythm of his Puerto Rican heritage.

Afro Baile is Excited to announce an incredible Latin musical icon is coming to the valley! The legendary Latin Jazz King himself, Eddie Palmieri! The Latin jazz guru will be joined by his Latin Jazz Orchestra at the beautiful Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts​ on Thursday November 9th @ 7:30pm!

Join Afro:Baile​ Records own DJ Miguel as we partner with the Scottsdale Arts to host an awesome pre-show featuring DJ Miguel spinning & mixing up a batter of Latin Jazz y Salsa records on Vinyl! Plus, Miguel will be joined by some Salsa Dancing friends Lawrence Garcia​ and his amazing dance ensemble who will perform during the pre-show! Come get some pre-show fun, have some cocktails, light eats, and enjoy the concert! Doors at 6pm, show at 7:30pm. Come early, and join us!
